Following the second edition of the national conference hosted by LLC research laboratory – Tlemcen University, Algeria, within the framework of the research project “Gender, Language and Identity in (Post) Colonial Algeria”, the scientific journal Revue plurilingue : Études des langues, littératures et cultures / ÉLLiC is calling for articles for its Volume 6, Num. 1, to be published in November 2022, and guest-edited by Prof. Wassila Hamza Reguig Mouro and Dr Faiza Haddam Bouabdallah.
Submissions should aim at exploring the issues of gender, discourse and identity in the (Post) Colonial context in comparison to other African countries, since they all share a common history of colonisation, struggle, independence, language situation, and the post-independence period and examine the intertwined aspects of gender, race, class, religion, culture, art, and space to highlight similarities and differences between various cultures and societies in African contexts.
Articles between 4000 and 7000 words (10 pages maximum) in English, French or Spanish may include but are not limited to:

Gender and Identity
Language Situation
